LIVE BOOK LAUNCH: Southern Africa, My Love – Part One (2024–2025)

The Southern African Catholic Bishops' Conference (SACBC) warmly invites the faithful, clergy, religious, and members of the public to join the live launch of Southern Africa, My Love – Part One (2024–2025), the latest publication by His Excellency Archbishop Henryk M. Jagodziński, Apostolic Nuncio to Namibia, Botswana, South Africa, Eswatini, and Lesotho.

The launch will take place at St John Vianney Seminary, 179 Main Street, Waterkloof, Pretoria, on 15 June 2026 at 4:00 PM.

The event will feature a keynote address by Cardinal Stephen Brislin, Archbishop of Johannesburg, Metropolitan, and President of the Bishops' Episcopal Conference. Reflections will also be offered by Fr Graham Bouwer, OFM, Commissary of the Holy Land, and Fr Russell Pollitt, SJ, Director of the Jesuit Institute, followed by remarks from Archbishop Jagodziński.

Southern Africa, My Love offers a unique perspective on the life of the Church and society in Southern Africa, drawing on the Apostolic Nuncio's experiences and encounters across the region. The publication highlights themes of faith, hope, dialogue, and the rich cultural and spiritual heritage of Southern Africa.

Saint Joseph’s Theological Institute (SJTI) proudly congratulates one of our esteemed Board Members, Fr. Zweli Mlotshwa OMI, on successfully completing his 12th Comrades Marathon.

This remarkable achievement is a testament to his perseverance, discipline, determination, and unwavering commitment. By conquering one of the world's most challenging ultra-marathons once again, Fr. Zweli continues to inspire us with his resilience and dedication both on and off the road.

His accomplishment reminds us that great achievements are built through consistency, courage, and the determination to keep moving forward despite every challenge.
