We were at the Gauteng Legislature today to give the participants of the upcoming 2nd Annual Reading & Debating competition an experience of how real life debates, that ultimately decides their lives, are being conducted and what is the role of public speaking in society.

Next week? They will be on the podium, applying the practical skills they learned today! Save the date!

Partner Reveal:

We are excited to announce that we have secured an ambassadorship agreement with Mashudu Moavodi, Author and Philanthropist, for the 2nd Annual Hope-Tshepo Reading Competition.

As part of the agreement, Mashudu will donate 60 copies of his latest book, "My Timeline Motivational Insights", to participating learners and schools.

We are humbled and honored by this donation and cannot wait for the reading and debate competition.

Hope-Tshepo NPO is saddened and shocked at the brutal demise of a young, a very young Likhona Fose, a 14 Year old high school learner.

We send our deepest condolences to her family, friends and the community at large. We also are demanding justice and the apprehension of all those who are involved.

Here are the latest. City of Johannesburg is our Venue and Facility partner for the 2nd Annual Reading Competition and Debate! Yes!

This is a great partnership considering the impact and reach for this year's competition. We are grateful for the belief, trust and support the City has shown us throughout the years.

Last year, A winner from Siyabong Secondary School in Braamfischerville walked away with a winter uniform voucher and a couple of cool prizes and he is ready to defend his tittle.
