God is Able.

The camp is hosted for families that have and are affected by disability. The weekend really meant a lot to both the families and us (the volunteers).

Each of us got assigned to a family as their ‘buddy’, where the main goal was to connect with them and give them love. There were people of all ages and kinds of disabilities present. We as a team were in awe of the perseverance and love for God these families have.

Being the families’ buddies meant having meals with them, conversations, playing or tending to the children, listening and merely spending time with them. We as global students really learned a lot about the glory of God.
