able eco-friendly and innovative communities that are free from poverty and socio-economic injustice, in which technology, Skills development and behaviour change are the basis for promoting sustainable livelihoods. It is our endeavor to see communities that are free from persistent debility, where holistic nutrition is the first line of defense in disease prevention and management. We long to see communities where every woman, man and children produce enough nutritious healing food to feed and nourish every family member and are leading a healthy, fulfilling life of self reliance and dignity.

Do you know that our body is made up of the endocrine system that comprises of a network of glands and hormones that enable us to function. There are over 50 glands in humans but only 12 are the most important ones and these include the kidneys, your overies and many others. These glands make the hormones that control how our bodies function. Most of the diseases we suffer from are caused by hormones that are out of balance, diabetes, menstrual pains, cancers, obesity, Overweight and many more are a result of our failure to maintain our hormones. This workshop will empower you to take control of your health and will give you the information you need to keep your hormones in balance and prevent or heal yourself from these diseases.
