Midmar Honorary Officers Belinda Leverington, Gary Leverington (our probie) and Bobby Kotze were hard at work this weekend doing some needed maintenance around the reserve. From chopping some trees that needed a haircut, to painting a fresh layer of make-up in the flag poles.

On Saturday 25 April '26 the Honorary Officers held their regional AGM at the Moths Shellhole Hall in Pietermaritzburg.
Midmar Honorary Officers are very proud to announce that some of our members received their 7 years service bars 👍🏅 well done!
2 of our members received Appreciation Awards 📜
And a big one for our group is that we were chosen by the other groups to be the best upcoming group 🎉.
Well done to everyone involved 👍💪

Over the last weekend some of the Midmar Honorary Officers did some work once again 💪🏻👏🏻.
Thank you to Riaan, AJ and Chris for working on the waterproofing of one of the ablutions at Morgonzon.
A big tree obstructing the entrance to Dukuduku was also cleared with the assistance of Hugo Schroder who volunteered to assist.

21 February Midmar Honorary Officers hosted their first brush cutters course at the Midmar Training Centre.
The course was attended by Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife staff members as well as Honorary Officers. A lot was learnt by all attendees.
