Hout Bay Food Garden Fundraiser
This Initiative focuses on food production through the small veggie gardens particularly in the townships located in Hout Bay which are Hangeberg and Imizamoyethu. The crisis has brought about loss of employment to many in our community, hence the need to grow food is more sustainable than relying on handouts.
It costs R200 to create a planter box or small garden that can supplement a family’s nutrition all year round and we aim is to grow food in every available space in our IY and Hangberg communities. You can donate any amount - or just share!!
