What I love about Scouts is that the learning never stops when the activity ends.
Whether it's building a fire, completing a hike, learning a new skill, or working as a team, our Scouts are encouraged to reflect on what they did, what went well, what challenged them, and what they learnt about themselves along the way.
What we ask of our 11-year-olds in the Scouting movement develops far more than practical skills. It builds resilience, confidence, responsibility, and the ability to keep trying when things don't go according to plan.
These are the foundations that carry them through their senior primary years and beyond. The adventure is important, but the growth that happens afterwards is where the real magic lies.
