The Unlimited Child is inviting experienced and capable service providers to submit quotations for the planning, coordination, and ex*****on of a high-profile celebration event. This special event will honour participants who have successfully completed a structured training programme.

Services required:
✅ Venue setup & decoration
✅ Catering
✅ Audio Visual Equipment incl. videography/photography

The celebration events will be held across 5 districts in KZN
📍 iLembe; Zululand; Umkhanyakude; King Cetswayo; Uthukela
👥 Expected guests per district: 1,080
🗓 Timeline: 29 September – 10 October 2025

Submission requirements:
Interested service providers are required to submit a detailed quotation (including VAT, payment terms, and validity period), along with the following supporting compliance documents:
- Company registration documents
- B-BBEE certificate (if applicable)
- Tax clearance certificate
- Bank Confirmation Letter (not older than 3 months)Portfolio of evidence
- Completed Due Diligence Questionnaire
- Signed Supplier Code of Conduct
- Completed Conflict of Interest Declaration
- Valid Health and Safety Compliance Certificate
- Food Handling or Preparation Certificate

Today's the day! 🏃‍♂️❄️ Three of The Unlimited Child's courageous leaders – Iain Buchan, Wallis Watt and Ken Watt – are about to take on one of the world's most extreme marathons, the Antarctic Ice Marathon! Yesterday's conditions were perfect for Antarctic running - a crisp -9.4°C and barely no breeze! Here's hoping that today brings the same beautiful Antarctic 'summer' weather for our team's 42.2km challenge!

Good luck guys, we'll be cheering you on all the way from sunny South Africa as you continue to raise awareness for The Unlimited Child and Early Childhood Development (ECD)! Thank you for being a wonderful example of what it means to truly !

Sending our warmest wishes to our founder Iain Buchan, his daughter Wallis Watt (our Chairperson), and her husband Ken Watt, who left South Africa on Sunday to take on the Ice Marathon on the 13th of December 2024! Their goal? To shine a light on The Unlimited Child's mission to transform early childhood development across Southern Africa. They will be braving 42.2km in temperatures that often plunge to -20°C, with strong katabatic winds adding to the difficulty and an ever-present risk of frostbite and hypothermia. 🥶 Iain, along with his family, continues to inspire us and prove that anything is possible when you're driven by a massive transformative purpose! 🫶🙌

Since joining us in 2016, Candice's leadership has driven The Unlimited Child’s expansion, increasing our reach from 30,000 to over 2 million children across Southern Africa.
