Empowering the Youth of Hermanstad

A successful Jumble Sale was held at SAVF Donato 010-268 NPO in Hermanstad on Saturday, 30 May 2026.

Following the positive response from the community, management has decided to host Jumble Sales every two months.

We are also excited to announce the launch of the Donato Youth Project, which will commence on Friday, 12 June 2026, at the Donato premises and will continue as a weekly programme.

The project aims to uplift and empower young people in the Hermanstad community by providing a safe and supportive environment where they can develop practical skills and positive values. Activities will include informal skills training such as woodwork, music, art, crochet, knitting, and various recreational activities including board games and other group games.

At the heart of the programme is a strong spiritual foundation, with the goal of inspiring a passion for Christ while developing leadership qualities and life skills among the youth. The project seeks to equip young people to become positive role models and future leaders within their community.

We welcome donations of board games and other youth activity resources. Donations can be delivered to the Donato premises at the corner of Bohlmann and Kruger Streets (entrance in Kruger Street), Hermanstad.
