“Little Elephant Pre-Primary School held its Christmas Celebration and Graduation in St. James’ Church, Greytown. The children presented a charming Nativity tableau accompanied by hearty singing, which was thoroughly enjoyed by parents, grandparents and guests. Grades RRR and RR, were awarded certificates in recognition of each child’s unique talent. The Grade R’s, wearing caps and gowns, were very proud of their preschool graduation certificates. The class achieved a 100% pass rate. Everyone announced confidently and clearly what they wanted to be when they grew up. There will be no shortage of doctors, dentists, nurses, teachers, policemen and soldiers! The Principal, Mrs. Kathy Nunan, the teachers and all the learners, are to be congratulated on a most successful and entertaining end-of-year occasion. Thank you!”

Spring celebration at our school. The children wore colourful outfits and floral hats which they made and decorated themselves.

There was excitement and laughter when Little Elephant spent a lively Careers Day learning about the different job opportunities which they can choose when they grow up. Then, putting what they had learnt into action, each child eagerly selected a profession and dressed up in appropriate headwear and uniforms from the school’s Fantasy Room. Props and tools of the trade were also provided. Then, using vivid imagination and playing together in groups, everyone acted out their chosen roles in specially prepared areas, including a hospital ward, a restaurant and a hairdressing salon!
