To all N6 graduates in need of workplace learning,we as Greater Maandagshoek Mixed Farming Cooperative have been awarded a workplace experiencial learning for 60 learners from HWSETA,this means we can take 60 x N6 graduates who need workplace learning to get their Diplomas from TVETs and we will place them in different companies and we will pay them R3500 while they work there for 18 months,we will also give them Job preparedness support and technical traings.

Graduates Learners must be in Public Management,Business Amin or Management,Financial Management,Accounting,Marketing and the likes but not Engineering.

We need the following from interested and qualifying learners,

Certified ID

Proof of N6

Letter from the TVET to show that the learner needs workplace learning to graduate

CV with Certificates and HWSETA learner agreement and contract of employment from our Cooperative

It really was not easy hey,it took a bit of responsibility,intergrity,patience,perseverence,hungry to succeed and more to end up getting a trade in Millwright..Lets see what the next group will do.

Started as a Dream to reality,congradulations to our first Millwright artisans from our Greater Maandagshoek Skills Development Programme facilitated through Greater Maandagshoek Mixed Farming Agricultural Primary Cooperative Ltd sponsored by HWSETA through their Rural Development projects Grants.No one dropped out and they all passed theur trade test.Awesome.We really clap hands for these lerners who went all out to make Maandagshoek,Fetakgomo Tubatse,Sekhukhune District and Limpopo proud and came back with Millwright trades which included Electircal and Mechanical conbined.This is really a great achievement which started at hard times of pandemic all the way through till they get what they wanted.

Thanks to HWSETA to make this a success and thanks to our Cooperatives directors to give much support to these programme to see through about 120 learners in different skills programmes and qualifications that will change their lives and lives of their parents and the community at large.We also thank Durnacol Skills Hub in New Castle for taking care of our learners even during the pandemic and they still got through as they started when Corona started till now when they passed their trade test.

We now have 5 Millwright artisans in Maandagshoek developed by Maandagshoek.

Our vision is to see these learners now establishing a big Engineering Cooperative setting up a big Engineering Workshop in Maandagshoek to service the industries in Limpopo.We also will be engaging the SEZ team to give them space in the SEZ to explore and show case what the Cooperatives can do and achieve through Skills programmes like this.
