HE MADE IT TO THE NUMBER 1 SPOT YET AGAIN 🥇🤪🔥👌
The gentleman deserves a proper 14 villages of 🧍♂️✊🏾🧍♀️✊🏾 in acknowledgment of his God given talent and skill of applying it by putting us and Sekhing Village in particular, on the map. He went on to win the second internationally recognised marathon after winning the TWO OCEANS MARATHON not so long ago in April 2024.
This successfully record tells a story about the Ba-Ga-Mothibi (Sekhing) village talent production, particularly on the athletes front if you allow me to remind you of the successes of the Kelehe brothers, who are both the Comrades Marathon Champions.
Following such talent dispalay, it only tells that if much more is done for black child in the rural village, change is imminent and the entire village economy get transformed by just one element which has potential to have positive ripple effects.
I encourage the Tribal Authorities through the influence of the Chief👑 to see the green light and to become creative in sustaining the talents and use this to change material conditions of the village people, particularly our youth. By formalizing a proper sports club/foundation under this group of winners' names as a legacy project, where they also assist in managing and training the young and ambitious athletes alike. The Chief & Council will champion the development of this initiative with his communities, and invite relevant stakeholders to participate.
