The Old Graemian Union is made up of Old Graemians all over the world, the purpose is to support Graeme College and reunite ex-pupils of this amazing school.

We are all Sons of the Leopard and should be proud of where we came from and what we have become.

As the dust settles on another unforgettable Legacy Derby, we simply want to say...

Thank you.

To every scholar who wore their school colours with pride.

To every coach, manager, official and referee who made the week possible.

To our grounds and facilities staff, whose hard work behind the scenes ensured our fields and venues were ready to host one of the biggest weekends on the calendar, especially after the challenging weather leading up to the event.

To every volunteer, staff member and member of the Old Graemian Union committee who gave their time so generously. Legacy Derby is a true team effort, and your dedication does not go unnoticed.

A special thank you to Rhodes University for their incredible support. Following the heavy rain, they graciously made Prospect Field and the Sports Administration Building available, allowing the Old Boys Rugby Match and The Legacy Welcome to go ahead while giving our grounds staff the opportunity to prepare Somerset for Saturday's rugby programme. Your support played an important role in the success of the weekend, and we are truly grateful.

Thank you to our sponsors for believing in the vision of Legacy Derby and helping us continue to grow the event and its reach.

To every parent, Old Boy, supporter and member of the wider Makhanda community who filled the sidelines, supported the teams and created the incredible atmosphere that makes Legacy Derby so special, thank you.

And finally, thank you to Dale College. While the rivalry is fierce on the field, the respect between our schools is even stronger. We are proud to share this tradition with you and look forward to many more Legacy Derbies to come.

Legacy Derby is about much more than results. It is about friendship, tradition, community and the bonds that continue long after the final whistle.

What a fantastic day of school rugby and everything that Legacy Derby represents.
