Yesterday we took the older kids of our ballet class to go and watch the production of Orpheus in the Underworld presented by Cape Town City Ballet at the Arts Cape Theatre. Afterwards we stopped at Cape Town International Airport for a bite to eat. The kids had the best time ever and they are so inspired by the whole experience that they want all of this for themselves now. We try to expose our kids to different types of experiences, to show them the endless possibilities in life and that you don't need to be defined by your circumstances. We are grateful to everyone who made this possible for us. 🇿🇦♥️🇩🇪

We are grateful to have the multi talented Co-B from Co-B Entertainment as our Art teacher. He is responsible for the Visual and Performance Art classes. This is the kids busy with Abstract Line Art. The children produce a swirl line without thinking or controlling the formation. They then fill the work with lines, figures or shapes in different directions with a marker. The work is then coloured with a colour of their personal choice surrounding the line work. The finished artwork is then open to form it's own identity or how the viewer sees it. Shapes that allows the viewer their own interpretation of each artwork.
The kids absolutely love this
