On the 25th of August 2013 we were awoken to a nightmare when we found one of our 9 week old twin boys lifeless. It was the beginning of a very hard journey and we were lucky to have the support and assistance of family and close friends. We are aware that not everyone is in that fortunate position so we set out to create an organisation that can make the few weeks following such a tragic loss jus
t a little bit easier for the grieving families. We do this because we know how important it is to have the right support following loss. This includes emotional, medical and financial support when needed, as well as assistance with funeral costs, groceries, petrol costs, assistance with family pets, etc. We realise how loss impacts every part of life and would like to be the support people need on any level. We lost our precious boy to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) so part of our campaign is to increase awareness of this and ways in which to reduce it's incidence. Living for Logan also believes in paying it forward and we endeavour to assist and support other community projects which are close to our hearts as a way to honour our angel baby and let his legacy live on.
