We run as a transition home for babies from birth to one year old. The babies are sent to Russell House from the time they are abandoned due to poverty, abuse or HIV/AIDS. They live with us until the social workers find them adoptive or foster homes. These babies live in a safe, healthy and loving environment within our family home in Primrose
