💙🧡 WE ARE LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEER BOARD MEMBERS 🧡💙
Child Welfare Germiston is looking for people who have the time, resources, skills, networks and passion to help us make a difference in the lives of children and families across the Greater Germiston area.
We are not simply looking for names to fill seats around a Board table.
We are looking for people who want to get involved.
People who will show up.
People who will contribute.
People who will open doors.
People who will help us build relationships with businesses, donors, sponsors and our community.
People who will support fundraising and sustainability.
And people who genuinely care about the wellbeing and protection of children.
Our Board members are expected to take an active role in the governance and future sustainability of Child Welfare Germiston. Board membership means bringing your skills, experience, wisdom, contacts and networks and using them to strengthen the organisation.
We are particularly interested in people who can contribute experience or connections in areas such as:
🔵 Finance and financial oversight
🟠 Fundraising and donor relationships
🔵 Business and corporate partnerships
🟠 Governance
🔵 HR
🟠 Property and facilities
🔵 Marketing and communication
🟠 Community partnerships
🔵 Social welfare and programme oversight
But above all, we are looking for the right people with the right heart and the willingness to commit their time.
Board membership is voluntary, but the responsibility is real.
