5 Healthy advices to adults beginners/ intermediate level tennis players 🎾👊✍️

1️⃣Take some lessons first. Sounds obvious, but I did it myself when I started! Give yourself the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of the game properly from a good teaching professional .

2️⃣Quickly learn grips that allows you to control the ball easily! Don’t try to copy the professional player’s grip! They are special athletes trained for so many years. They have natural talent that most likely we don’t have .

3️⃣Learn as soon as possible to rally! To keep the ball in play! This is what makes tennis an enjoyable experience! It is going to be boring and frustrating otherwise.

4️⃣Learn quickly a basic service motion to be able to play some points first , then sets ; then full matches. Step by step!

5️⃣Always perform warm up exercises to prepare your body for the physical activity, and more importantly to prevent injuries.

Keep it simple guys! Perhaps the most important advice, keep it simple and have fun
