There's a kind of cold the Quran only mentions once.

Zamhareer. Surah Al-Insan describes Paradise by what it doesn't have: no scorching sun, no bitter cold. [76:13]

The Prophet ﷺ explained why cold exists at all. Hellfire complained to Allah that it was consuming itself from within, so Allah gave it two breaths a year. One becomes the worst heat of summer. The other becomes the worst cold of winter, what the hadith calls Zamhareer. [Sahih Muslim]

Not a numbing cold. A cold that burns exactly like fire, from the opposite direction.

You cannot undo that by staying warm yourself. But you can stand between someone else and the cold that's already here, tonight, in this world.

Operation Winter Warmth exists to be that shield. Give today.

Daily Sadaqah donations collected over the month of July were used to provide 2,000 Back-2-School Stationery Kits, including essential school supplies to Rohingya refugee children in the camps of Cox’s Bazar. Your donations also provided 100 footballs, bringing recreation and joy to children and youth in the camps. Growing up in the world’s largest refugee settlement, these children face immense challenges, but small interventions like these can restore a sense of normalcy, learning and joy to their lives. Your Daily Sadaqah is helping to make that difference.

There's a sunnah that takes less time than reading this caption, and outweighs a lifetime of other deeds.

The Prophet ﷺ said there are two phrases, light on the tongue, beloved to the Most Merciful, and heavy on the scale on the Day of Judgment. (Sahih al-Bukhari 6406, Sahih Muslim 2694)

"Subhan Allahi wa bihamdihi." Glory be to Allah, and praise be to Him.
"Subhan Allahil Adheem." Glory be to Allah, the Magnificent.

That's it. No wudu required, no specific time, no long recitation. Just a few seconds, anywhere you are, in traffic, before you sleep, walking to your car.

But on a day when every word you've ever spoken is weighed, these two will carry more than most people manage in years of deliberate good deeds.

Say it now. See how light it actually is.

The water rose faster than families could pack.

Homes are gone. Roads are underwater. Entire villages are walking toward higher ground with whatever they could carry.

Al-Imdaad Foundation is on the ground providing emergency relief to displaced families across the region. But the need is growing faster than the response.

Donate now. Help us reach families before the water does.

Today, 2 August, many in the Congolese community and diaspora mark a day of remembrance, honouring the millions of lives lost across decades of conflict and instability in the Democratic Republic of Congo, from the colonial era to the present day.
We remember them.
This history is not only the past. Right now, over 26.5 million people in the DRC, nearly 1 in 4 Congolese face acute hunger. More than 7.8 million have been displaced from their homes by ongoing conflict. And 4.1 million children under five are in need of treatment for acute malnutrition.
Behind every number is a family that has already lost so much.
Al-Imdaad Foundation is reviving our DR Congo Hunger Crisis Appeal to reach these families with food and emergency support, by the mercy of Allah.
Remembering the past means acting in the present.

The Ansar didn't ask, "How much can I spare?"

They asked, "How can I help my brother stand again?"

When the Muhajireen arrived in Madinah with nothing, the Prophet ﷺ united them with the Ansar in bonds of brotherhood that went beyond words. Homes were opened. Wealth was shared. Lives were rebuilt.

Allah honoured this generosity in the Qur'an:

"They give preference to them over themselves, even though they are in need." (Surah Al-Hashr, 59:9)

Today, families around the world are facing the same uncertainty. Not because they chose to leave everything behind, but because hardship left them with nowhere else to go.

A safe home is more than four walls. It is dignity. Security. A place to begin again.

Be the reason someone finds shelter.

🤲 Give the way the Ansar gave.

🏠 A Home for Those Who Teach the Deen

Al-Imdaad Foundation is proud to have handed over houses to Islamic teachers in Yemen as part of our ongoing Housing Project — a gesture of gratitude towards those who have devoted their lives to educating others in the light of Islam.

The inauguration ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of Habib Ibrahim Ali Habshy, whose attendance and du'as brought special blessings to the occasion.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our donors and partners whose generosity made this project possible. May Allah reward you abundantly and grant barakah in these new homes for years to come. Look out for the next phase of handovers in coming months,

The first word Allah revealed wasn't about power.
It wasn't about wealth.
It wasn't about victory.
It was "Iqra'". Read.
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was unlettered. Yet Allah chose him to receive the greatest revelation ever sent to humanity and made him the teacher of mankind.
The first revelation reminds us that knowledge is a gift from Allah. A trust. A means of drawing closer to Him.
Today, millions of children are still waiting for the opportunity to learn, to read, and to build a future filled with hope.
Help a child answer that first call.

There's a man the Prophet ﷺ described in detail, named, and told one of his closest companions to go find. This man never once met the Prophet ﷺ in his life.

His name was Uwais RA. He lived through the Prophet's ﷺ entire lifetime without ever traveling to see him, not out of disinterest, but because his elderly mother needed him, and he wasn't leaving her for anyone.

The Prophet ﷺ told Umar ibn al-Khattab RA that a man named Uwais RA would come to him one day. He described him precisely, down to a mark on his skin, and said: "If he swears something by Allah, Allah will fulfill it. Ask him to pray for your forgiveness." [Sahih Muslim 2542]

Years later, as caliph, Umar RA asked every Yemeni delegation the same question. When he finally found Uwais RA, he wasn't standing with anyone important. His own people barely noticed him.

Umar RA asked him for exactly what the Prophet ﷺ described. Uwais RA prayed for his forgiveness.

No one around Uwais RA ever knew what he carried. No title, no recognition. Allah knew. That was the only audience he needed.

Visibility was never the measure. Sincerity was.
