*Ekangala SAPS and CPF Donate Food Parcels to 100 Families*

On 02 March 2026 13:30 pm, Ekangala SAPS and CPF launched a food parcel donation initiative in the Ekangala community, aiming to support vulnerable families. The project began when Ekangala SAPS visited less privileged families in the area, identifying those in need and compiling a list of recipients.

With the help of Rayal's generous donation, Ekangala SAPS and CPF were able to provide 100 food parcels to 100 families. The recipients included elderly women, less privileged individuals, and people with disabilities, who are often the most vulnerable members of the community.

The food parcels were carefully assembled to provide essential staples, including maize meal, rice, cooking oil, and other necessities. The donations were handed over to the recipients at a community event, where SAPS and CPF representatives expressed their commitment to supporting the community.

"This initiative, its another method to prevent crime" said a representative from Ekangala SAPS. "We hope to continue working with our partners and the community to identify and support those in need."

The community response was overwhelmingly positive, with many recipients expressing their gratitude for the support. "This is a huge help to me and my family," said one recipient. "We appreciate the kindness and generosity of Ekangala SAPS, CPF and their partnership with Rayal."

The successful initiative was a testament to the power of community collaboration and partnership. Ekangala SAPS, CPF and Rayal, hope to continue working together to make a positive impact in the community.
