Today I was blessed to support the Boksburg Social Reintegration office with their clean up project at the Edenvale SPCA.
There were 5 parolees giving back to society with their time. This was a perfect example of restitution in practice.
I had time to connect with the parolees and motivate them. There was time to minister to them and pray with them

This morning Boksburg and Benoni Social Reintegration offices came to pick up bags of cabbages, trays of Kiwi fruit and, boxes of chips, bags of clothes and bags of maize meal for parolees in their respective management areas around Ekurhuleni.

Today I had the privilege of attending the monthly Boksburg Community Corrections Forum meeting, a powerful platform where dedicated community stakeholders converge to drive meaningful change and contribute to the reduction of crime. Present at the meeting were local CPF and SAPS members, as well as other stakeholders from around Ekurhuleni, all united in their quest for a safer, brighter future.

This past weekend we had the privilege of collecting and blessing families in our Edenvale community with nourishing food hampers.

Struggling families sometimes have to decide which bills to pay and how much can they spend on food, school fees and so forth. This is where we can assist with a gracious food hamper to take away that decision.

It's through God's Grace that we can assist by showing God's love, compassion and provision.

This morning I'm at Primrose Police Station alongside Boksburg Community Corrections and 17 parolees who are giving back to the community through a cleaning up project.
This is restitution in practice. When we think of restitution we think of money. Restitution can come in different forms like giving ones time.

I had the privilege to bless the parolees with coldrinks and snacks while we work. I also had the time to pray with and for them and the officials.

Yesterday we collected half a pallet of yoghurts and distributed them at a local primary school feeding scheme and 2 other organizations in our Edenvale community, who take care of children.
