Dear Parents, Guardians, and Youth Members,

It is with regret that we announce that our upcoming Guardian Youth SA Outing has been postponed until further notice.

We understand the excitement surrounding this event and share in your disappointment. However, this decision was made in the best interest of all involved.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience. Please be assured that we are looking forward to announcing a new date in the near future and making this outing an exciting and memorable experience for everyone.

Youth announcement Doors in Greenwood Park

Yesterday, Brandon Taksing , Vanessa Naidoo and Justin Naidoo had the privilege of representing Guardian Youth SA and addressing the youth at Open Doors Assembly.

We are grateful for the opportunity to share a message of encouragement, purpose, leadership, and positive decision-making with the young people in attendance. Investing in the next generation remains at the heart of what we do, and every opportunity to engage with our youth is one that we value deeply.

Our exciting Youth Outing at Shongweni is just around the corner, and we are looking forward to an unforgettable day of adventure, teamwork, fun, and personal growth.

Date: 1 July 2026

⚠️ Important Reminder:
Participants who have reserved a place are kindly requested to make payment as soon as possible to confirm their booking. Spaces are allocated on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis and cannot be guaranteed without payment.

This outing is open to:
Grade 7 – 12 learners
First-year university students

Guardian Youth SA would like to inform all participants and supporters that the Youth Walk has been rescheduled.

NEW DATE: Saturday, 20 June 2026

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and continued support.

We are looking forward to an incredible day of unity, fun, and purpose as we walk together to empower and inspire our youth.

Registration remains open!
Participation Fee: R100 per person

What an incredible day of unity, love and community spirit! 🙌🍰

The leaders of Guardian Youth SA, together with the amazing volunteers from Jordan Full Gospel Church, came together to host a successful Bake Sale fundraiser in support of our community initiatives, especially our upcoming Youth Walk🚶‍♂️🔥

We are truly grateful to the JFGC community, every volunteer, supporter, parent, youth and leader who played a part in making this initiative such a blessing. Your support, generosity and willingness to serve continue to inspire us and remind us of the power of working together for a greater purpose ❤️

Thank you to everyone who purchased, donated, assisted and encouraged us throughout the day. Because of you, we are one step closer to making a positive impact in the lives of our youth and community

🏆 HONOURING OUR SCHOOLS FOR EXCELLENCE IN ENVIRONMENTAL LEADERSHIP 🌱♻️

Today, Guardian Youth SA proudly honoured Greenwood Park Primary School, Columbia Primary School, and St. Michael’s Primary School for their outstanding participation and commitment during the Beach Cleanup Initiative held at the Beachwood Mangroves Nature Reserve.

As a token of appreciation and recognition, Guardian Youth SA awarded each school with a trophy for their dedication towards environmental awareness, teamwork, and community service.

We commend every learner, educator, and supporter who contributed towards making this initiative a meaningful and successful experience. Your passion for protecting our environment is inspiring and serves as a reminder that our youth are the leaders of tomorrow.

Today, the leadership team of Guardian Youth SA proudly represented the organisation at the Beachwood Mangroves Nature Reserve during the Beach Cleanup Initiative.

Leaders Vanessa Naidoo, Priscilla Stuurman Molefe, Nomcebo Hlatshwayo , and Brandon Taksing were present and represented Guardian Youth SA to the highest standard through their dedication, leadership, and commitment to environmental awareness and community upliftment.

We are incredibly proud of the positive impact made alongside learners and educators from Greenwood Park Primary School, Columbia Primary School, and St. Michael’s Primary School, as well as Durban Solid Waste and Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife. Together, we continue to inspire our youth to protect and care for our environment for future generations 🌱♻️
