Last night’s standoff was successfully conducted at the following points:
• Lenny Naidu (outside Manyaleni)
• Summerfield Road & Bluecrest Terrace
• Viking Terrace
• Skylark & Parasol Walk

Despite the rainy weather, our dedicated patrollers, together with Blue Security, remained committed and visible throughout the operation. Their resilience and willingness to serve in challenging conditions reflects a strong commitment to keeping our community safe.

These visibility patrols play a vital role in deterring criminal activity and reassuring residents. However, to strengthen our impact and expand coverage, we urgently need more patrollers to come forward and assist. Even a small contribution of your time can make a big difference.

We encourage residents to get involved, stay alert, and report any suspicious activity. Together, through unity and active participation, we can continue to build a safer Bayview.

A big thank you to all members and partners involved for your dedication and teamwork.

The Bayview Community Police Subforum is reaching out to request support from our valued community partners and sponsors.

Our dedicated volunteer patrollers sacrifice their time, comfort, and personal resources, often patrolling late at night and in all weather conditions, to help keep our community safe.
Their commitment and selflessness play a vital role in crime prevention and community visibility.

We are currently seeking sponsorships in the form of essential equipment (not cash), including:
• 2-way radios
• Torches
• Batons
• Pepper spray
• First aid kits
• Reflective vests
• Caps / beanies

Your support will go a long way in ensuring our patrollers are properly equipped to continue serving and protecting our community effectively.
