It is Women's Month in South Africa and we want to honour Extraordinary Women who go out there and create lasting impact.
Bronwen Turner is a phenomenal woman . Bronwen is founder of the BATH Foundation NPC One of BATH Foundation's flagship initiatives sits at the intersection of skills development, environmental responsibility and economic independence: teaching women living in the Strollers homeless shelter to turn
waste textiles into saleable products, and then to turn those products into small businesses of their own.

Today our beneficiary crafters got to experience networking and exhibiting their products at the Durban Textile and Leather Incubator networking day.
Dignitaries from eThekwini Municipality, Proudly South African , DUT Textile engineering department, SEDFA imparted valuable advice.
Thank you Dr Poppet Pillay, CEO of DTLI for your vision and taking sme's so much further.
A special thank you to Marsha Gabriel , Honorable Consulate of , who took the time out to make a special visit in support of BATH Foundation's journey, your kindness meant so much to us.
The crafters had a day well spent beyond expectations. 🌱✨️

Today kicks off the first day of the The Graça Machel Trust Women Creating Wealth Programme Graça Machel Trust in collaboration with EThekwini Municipality business support. The BATH Foundation NPC will participate in a four month incubation program, where they will have an opportunity to focus solely in each their own goals and hone in on their individual business development plans strategically.
We will walk alongside, helping as they journey. This is new, and sometimes new can be scary.
Its okay to do new things afraid, but way better as a supportive community.
