In a paradoxical reversal, many believers have succumbed to a faith that dictates the interpretation of the sacred texts, rather than allowing the texts to guide their faith.

Hating someone doesn't endanger them, it endangers you.

We've all been there. We've felt the sting of anger, resentment, and hatred towards another person. It's an unpleasant emotion that can consume us, making it difficult to think, act, and even live our lives.

But here's the truth: hating someone doesn't hurt them. It hurts you.

When you hold onto hatred, you're essentially poisoning yourself. You're constantly replaying negative thoughts and emotions, which can lead to stress, anxiety, and even depression.

And the longer you hold onto this negativity, the harder it becomes to let go. It becomes a part of you, shaping your perception of the world and the people around you.

So, what can you do about it?

1. Acknowledge your feelings.

Trying to suppress your feelings will only make them stronger. Instead, allow yourself to feel them, but don't let them control you.

2. Understand the source of your hatred.

What is it about this person that makes you hate them? Is it something they did or said? Or is it something deeper, like a conflict in values or beliefs?

3. Practice forgiveness.

Forgiveness is not about condoning the other person's actions. It's about releasing yourself from the burden of hatred.

4. Focus on the positive.

It's easy to get caught up in the negative, but it's important to make an effort to focus on the positive things in your life.

5. Seek help if you need it.

If you're struggling to let go of hatred on your own, don't hesitate to seek professional help. A therapist can help you understand your emotions and develop coping mechanisms.

Remember, hating someone is a choice. You have the power to choose to let go of that hatred and move on with your life. It's not easy, but it's worth it.
