IMPORTANT HEALTH ALERT

eThekwini has issued a warning due to a high rise in cases of Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease (HFMD) in our area.

To protect yourself and your loved ones:

Wash your hands frequently with soap and water
Avoid close contact with anyone showing symptoms
Keep surfaces and toys clean and disinfected
Stay home if you're feeling unwell

Symptoms of HFMD include:

Fever
Mouth sores
Rash on hands and feet

If you or your child are experiencing symptoms, please consult a healthcare professional.

Our interactive and fun training sessions focus on:

Foundational gymnastic skills
Gross motor development

Calling all young rugby stars aged 5-11!

Join us for an action-packed season of rugby and fun! Our junior training sessions will take place every:

Monday: 6-7 pm
Wednesday: 6-7 pm
At the Harlequins Sports ground, 48 GARCIN PLACE Bluff

Don't forget to wear your tekkies and bring a bottle of water!

Our focus is on developing young players' skills while emphasizing the importance of teamwork, sportsmanship, and most importantly... HAVING FUN!

Fees for the season is R600 per child, excluding kit. All kids are to please purchase their own black rugby shorts (PEP ones are fine).
At game days our kids will play in our kit and return it after their game.
