After working with teenagers, we discovered that it's better to start our self-awareness programmes early. That’s why we’ve designed a special programme for children aged 4 to 12 years to help them develop confidence, decision-making skills, and a strong foundation to avoid teenage pitfalls.

Our program is divided into three age groups:

✅ 7 – 9 years: Strengthening self-esteem & peer pressure resistance
✅ 10 – 12 years: Preparing for teenage years with smart choices & life skills
