The Study Buddy Campaign is a child-centred literacy and learning initiative designed to support children with the tools, encouragement, and companionship they need to thrive at school. Rotarian Vanessa Rana is the E Club's champion for this campaign.
By providing age-appropriate learning resources and promoting a culture of reading, the campaign connects children with “study buddies” who help make learning fun, supportive, and confidence-building—at school, at home, and in the community.

We celebrated a fantastic World Read Aloud Day on Wednesday with friends around the World! That's what makes the E Club so special, we are INTERNATIONAL!! 4 countries joined in with us, 563 eager listeners!

After writing final paper, Grade 12 children's from this high school they left their shoes like this😍 They donated their shoes to needy pupils in lower grades who may need them.

Today is the first day of 16 Days of Activism, an annual global campaign that begins on the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, and ends on 10th December, Human Rights Day.🤝
According to UN Women 1 in 3 women worldwide has experienced physical or sexual violence, predominantly by an intimate partner. The 2025 theme from UN Women is “There is for online abuse” and asks that we “UNiTE to End Digital Violence Against All Women and Girls”. 📱💻
In England and Wales White Ribbon UK charity campaigns to prevent violence against women and girls by engaging men and boys and supports #16 Days of Activism; the 2025 theme is: We Speak Up and asks each of us to call out sexist banter, comments and behaviour when we witness it. 🗣️
Rotary Great Britain and Ireland is committed to working with all Rotarians in raising awareness of domestic abuse and sexual violence and proudly supports and .

Unable to attend a traditional Rotary club as a result of demanding business or professional commitments, extensive travel, family commitments, confinement due to ill health or disability, or residence beyond reasonable distance from an existing Rotary club ?
Then join our E-Club as the majority of our Members come from the Durban and surrounding towns in Kwa Zulu Natal, South Africa area – but our membership may be drawn from any country where Rotary International has a presence.
Our current president is Hans Hon.
Our Club’s main project focus is Literacy & Numeracy, Health & Hunger and Rotary Foundation’s #EndPolioNow campaign. Our Fellowship focus is on having FUN!

You are a contributor to society in your profession, occupation, industry, business, or community role.
You are committed to the personal ethic of Service Above Self, The Four-Way Test, and support the Object of Rotary.
