We are so incredibly proud 💜🙏🏻

— from her first Commonwealth Games in Glasgow in 2014, to now leading to Glasgow 2026. Full circle doesn't even cover it ✨️🌍

BMLP is privileged beyond words to be led by someone whose life is the testimony to the power of sport, education, and purpose. And moments like this remind us that this is the fruit of uThisha's labour — a man who invested in Bongi before anyone else did, and whose dedication to Hammarsdale's youth continues to shape futures.🌱💪

This is bigger than sport.

Grateful for partners who continue to believe in the vision of the Bongi Msomi Legacy Project and the work being done to positively change the lives of young athletes through sport. 🏐

A heartfelt thank you to Hollywood Foundation and PUMA for making these special days possible and for continuing to support our journey. Your investment creates more opportunities for growth, development, mentorship, and inspiration for the next generation of athletes both on and off the court.

Some moments are loud… this one felt real.

Laughing on the side, lacing up, seeing everyone step out together, you could feel it.
A quiet kind of excitement that builds with every move.

We’re grateful for every step, every detail, every bit of support from
It shows in how the team moves, how we carry ourselves, how we enjoy the game.

A proud moment for Hammarsdale Sunbeams

Today we celebrate our very own Thando, who makes her Telkom Netball League debut with the Kingdom Stars. A special milestone and the beginning of something great. All the hard work has led to this moment.

We also extend our congratulations to Sli and Aphiwe on once again earning their place in the TNL. Your consistency, growth, and dedication continue to inspire the next generation of players coming through the club.

From Hammarsdale to the national stage…we see you, we celebrate you, and we’re proud of you.

The future is bright ✨ ✌️
