WONDERFUL CX EXPERIENCE WITH PICK n PAY BLUFF

Excellent Customer Experience with Pick n Pay Bluff today. This week we ordered 100 roast chickens and other items for a take away lunch. As arranged it was ready at 8.00 am for collection this morning. Staff started grilling at early hours of the morning. Thank you Pick n Pay Bluff , Store Managers Devan Govender, Sean Chateau and Aliyah for all the co- ordinating . We are always grateful for our donors.

To those families receiving the take away lunch, it was an experience of God's Love and Kindness towards them ,...The Bluff Hope Centre cares.

As a NPO we are grateful to ALL our donors for every donation and assistance we receive and all our resources are used responsibly for the needy in our community.

We were so thrilled when a few weeks ago one of our long standing strategic partners, Runga Trans received the Responsible Care Initiative Award for 2025 from the Chemical Allied Industries Association. Their initiative is Bluff Hope Centre.

On Saturday the children from St Monica's Orphanage were treated to their favourite food , lots of fun and multiple gifts at the Bluff Eco Park. Our hearts were filled with compassion and love for these dear children.

The highlight of the evening was the stage production, Christmas in the Palace by Durban Christian Centre South. The children were treated as special guests and got to meet the cast. They were so thrilled to experience the joy of Christmas on stage.

We are grateful to our volunteers, individual donors, Steers Bluff for discounted meals, Corner Stone Brokers, Lubrichem and Emthonjeni Training Academy for giving towards this experience for the children of St Monica's and we are thankful to Bluff Eco Park for the venue.

We are thankful that Pastors J***y and Pat Grobler are visionaries with hearts of genuine love and compassion.

A memorable moment for us was when Pastor J***y called the children together to pray a blessing over them, one of the younger girls whispered to my wife, "Yes I need prayer, I want prayer"....and she closed her eyes tightly.

This experience is about sharing the joy of Christmas, bringing Hope and Love to young children who do need it.
