Sport and recreation facilities are often not at all accessible to persons with disabilities, yet with a little innovation and creativity, persons with disabilities can be included.
If you run a gym, sports facility, swim school or any kind of recreation facility, please reach out to us to partner with you on your journey to make your premises, products and services inclusive of persons with disabilities. Besides being the right thing to do, it's great business sense!

Some children don’t fall apart at school — they fall apart after.
That’s often the first clue.

Masking burnout happens when a child has spent too long pretending to cope — smiling, fitting in, staying quiet, holding in.
It’s not about being dramatic or defiant. It’s about depletion.

You might see exhaustion, anxiety, meltdowns at home after “good days,” or a sudden loss of confidence.
These aren’t bad behaviours.
They’re signs a child’s emotional resources are running dry.

Our Masking Toolkit for Parents & Educators explores what burnout can look like, why it happens, and how to help a child feel safe enough to drop the mask.

Because no child should have to perform being okay.

"Every minute someone leaves this world behind. Age has nothing to do with it.
We are all in "the line" without knowing it.
We never know how many people are before us.
We can not move to the back of the line.
We can not step out of the line.
We can not avoid the line.
So while we wait in line:
Make moments count.
Make priorities.
Make the time.
Make your gifts known.
Make a nobody feel like a somebody.
Make your voice heard.
Make the small things big.
Make someone smile.
Make the change.
Make love.
Make up.
Make peace.
Make sure to tell your people they are
loved.
Make sure to have no regrets.
Make sure you are ready…”

When you're an autism parent running on just 4 hours of sleep, sometimes it feels like coffee is the only magic wand that can make the day possible. ☕✨

Some days it can be easy to focus on all of the things your child can't do. But your child is more than the things she can't do. She's all the things she CAN do.

Tell me one thing your child can do!
