Boys Camp
Some of our high school boys had the opportunity to head off to camp for a time of adventure, fun, friendship, and learning. From new experiences to plenty of laughs, it was a chance for them to step out of their everyday routines, build confidence and create memories together.
We love creating opportunities for our boys to grow, explore and simply enjoy being boys!

What a morning!
We had an absolute blast at this Run Boss event, and even more importantly, we were incredibly grateful to be chosen as the beneficiary of the funds raised.
Every kilometre, every cheer and every step taken today helps make a difference in the lives of the children and families we serve. We are so thankful to everyone who ran, walked, supported, donated and helped make this morning possible.
Thank you for running with purpose and helping us continue the work we do. We are truly grateful!

Learning Beyond the Classroom
Our beneficiaries recently visited Albert Luthuli Hospital, where they had the opportunity to learn about the different departments and the many people who work together to care for patients.
It was a great hands-on learning experience that opened their eyes to the many career possibilities within healthcare and encouraged them to dream about their own futures.
Thank you to Inkosi Albert Luthuli Central Hospital. for welcoming us!

Running for a P U R P O S E.
On 15 August, the Runboss community will come together for the 3rd Annual Charity Day, and this year, we’re incredibly grateful that Ithemba Lethu has been chosen as the beneficiary.
The concept is simple but powerful: runners and members of the community contribute R250 to take part, while Tyson Properties & Rexona generously sponsor the event.
“This year we chose Ithemba Lethu, partly because some of our members have been involved with your work before and we love that this partnership is rooted in community. People giving their time, showing up, running together and choosing to use their day to make a difference.
We loved the work you guys are doing and just wanted to play a small part in trying to get our community to help. I was also born and raised in Manor Gardens so it’s close to my heart. “ Craig Woods
For Runboss, it’s a small way of helping bring their community alongside the work of organizations making a difference locally. For Ithemba Lethu, it means so much to have people believe in our work and choose to stand alongside us.
If you’re part of the Runboss Charity Day this Saturday, thank you for running for Ithemba Lethu. Have the Best time!

Today we celebrated the incredible women across iThemba Lethu who faithfully serve our children, families and organisation every single day. Much of what they do happens behind the scenes, but their impact is immeasurable.
“I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” Psalm 139:14
Thank you for saying yes every day. We see you, we value you, and we celebrate you.

There’s something special about organizations coming together for one reason: giving every child the best possible start.
We loved spending time with Jo from and seeing the incredible work their team does every day. It’s always encouraging to connect, learn from one another and be reminded that we can do so much more together than we ever could alone.
Thank you, Jo, for your warm welcome and for all you do for little ones.

Some partnerships become something really special.
For the past 13 years, Mr Adam Grest from Manor Gardens Primary School has faithfully visited us, bringing joy, encouragement, and meaningful connections to the children in our care.
We are so grateful for his heart and for every learner who has spent time with us over the years. Thank you for showing up, serving with kindness, and making a lasting difference.
Would your school like to partner with us? We'd love to welcome you.

This Mandela Day, we have been incredibly blessed by the generosity of our community. Every pack of nappies, every tin of food, every blanket, every bottle of detergent and every donation represents something so much bigger than the item itself. It is a reminder that when people come together, lives are changed.
To everyone who has donated, volunteered, shared our posts or simply cheered us on, thank you. Your kindness is making a real difference to the babies, children and families we serve.
And we're not done yet!
Donations are still coming in, and we can't wait to show you the incredible outpouring of support. Stay tuned for our Mandela Day reel, where we'll share even more of the generosity that has filled our home this week.
If you'd still like to contribute, there's still time. Together, we can continue making every day a little brighter.
