Mumbo Foundation, in collaboration with Lindiwe Nzuza (Electoral Commission of South Africa (IEC) Representative) & Nombuso (Jik'izinto Representative) visited Kwazini High School to conduct a presentation on online applications. The session focused on guiding learners through the process of applying to careers and universities online. Additionally, Lindiwe Nzuza emphasized the significance of participating in Voting for Change as a young learner, highlighting its impact on shaping the future. The learners were engaged and appreciative of the valuable information shared. We extend our gratitude to Kwazini High School for the opportunity to contribute to the students' development. 🙏🏾♥️

Today 14 April 2026 in Umlazi, Nedbank boardroom we had our second ComConnect Business Development & Funding Workshop in Umlazi, hosted by Mumbo Foundation in partnership with Ranyaka Community Transformation brought together entrepreneurs for a practical and impactful engagement focused on unlocking real opportunities. SEDFA guided participants through business compliance, registration, and access to support programmes, training, market access, and funding opportunities such as the Spaza Shop Fund and Asset Assist, while showing how to navigate their platform effectively. Zonke Zungu concluded the session by unpacking key funding opportunities from the Ranyaka Building Business platforms and sharing insights on how to better position for funding. The session was further strengthened by Go Digital SA Foundation who introduced AI tools to support business growth, marketing, and proposal writing, reinforcing the importance of digital skills in today’s economy.
