As a monk and yoga practitioner for over 30 years, I have seen again and again—true healing begins with the breath.
In our daily life, we breathe unconsciously, often shallow and fast. But in yoga, we learn to breathe with awareness. This is the base of Pranayama—the control and expansion of life force.
When you slow down your breath… something beautiful happens.
✨ The mind becomes calm
✨ The body relaxes deeply
✨ Energy begins to flow naturally
✨ Inner balance is restored
Even just 5–10 minutes of conscious breathing can reduce stress, improve your health, and bring clarity to your mind.
🧘♂️ In every asana, students must not force the body—guide it with the breath!
Your breath is your closest companion—from your first moment to your last. Learn to use it well, and it will guide you toward strength, peace, healing and inner joy.
