The school is a registered NPO and the only formal preschool in the immediate community. PLEASE HELP US KEEP THE SCHOOL OPEN AND RUNNING! Since the school's beginning in 2013 the school has been solely funded by a local church. At the end of 2020 the church announced that it could no longer afford to carry the school and that it would be withdrawing its funding at the end of February 2021. The mon

thly running costs of the school amount to around R20000 per month. We have a few sponsors that have committed to assist with stationary, toys and food. Any extra sponsors is welcome. However, to keep the school open, we need help with the salaries of the teachers as well as overall expenses on running the school. Everyone who has dealt with the school in any way agrees that it is a school of excellence and that we should fight for it to continue. The school is like a small oasis in the middle of the township. It is so well looked after, so neat and the teachers put in a lot of effort and love into the school and children. The children love the school and are very well cared for. Outreach has good governance. It is a registered NPO with all the necessary structures in place. Our books are audited annually and every cent is accounted for. Outreach school is uniquely placed to help the children of the surrounding community gain access to early academic skills. The children also benefit from the feeding scheme on a daily basis.
