Kopanang Daveyton Youth Development Centre offers the in and out of school youth and members of the community the opportunity to access Information Technology at a affordable price, to develop and improve their skills and ability to achieve a positive attitude towards their future. The long term goal of Kopanang Daveyton Youth Development Centre is to Empower the youth and members of the community with computer skills and basic business management principles to eradicate poverty and it’s causes.

TOWNSHIP ECONOMY PARTNERSHIP FUND (TEPF) CALL FOR APPLICATIONS!

The Township Economy Partnership Fund (TEPF) is a partnership between the Gauteng Department of Economic Development (GED), the Gauteng Enterprise Propeller (GEP) and the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC). The fund supports SMMEs in the township economy of Gauteng in sectors that include (but are not limited to) Manufacturing, the Taxi Economy, ICT, Backyard Real Estate upgrading and Retail.

TRADERS IN GAUTENG TOWNSHIP ECONOMY TO APPLY
FOR FINANCIAL SUPPORT UP TO R10m. AVAILABLE
SUPPORT INCLUDES LOANS AND BLENDED FINANCE
(COMBINATION OF GRANT AND LOAN)

QUALIFYING CRITERIA THE APPLICATION

To qualify, an SMME:
- must operate in Gauteng and have its head office in Gauteng
- be 100% South African owned
- be trading for over a year
- be registered with CIPC and compliant with SARS

Informal traders must:
- have a valid South African identity document and be 100% SA owned
- operate in Gauteng
- submit bank statements to prove a history of operations
- have an original and valid trading

THE APPLICATION MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY:
- certified identity document - copies of directors/members
- business profile
- 3 months bank statements and management accounts;
- F**A documents (e.g. Municipal accounts, letters from traditional authority);
-6 months cash flow projections
- management accounts after investment if applicable (assistance available)
- business plan
- other type of documents may be required depending on the nature of the application
