Objective
To commemorate and celebrate the 200th anniversary of the founding of Cradock, the seventh oldest town in South Africa:
- by means of a series of appropriate cultural, sporting and religious events through the course of the year,
and thus to -
- attract visitors to the town, and thereby benefit the to

wn’s residents financially; and
- instil in the residents of Cradock a sense of pride in our common heritage.
