Sometimes parenting means rolling up your sleeves and doing what needs to be done even when it wasn’t part of the plan.
I have been having such a hard time finding someone patient enough to plait my daughter’s hair and not everyone understands how to work with her gently. After searching high and low, I realized I would have to take matters into my own hands.
So today, I sat down, took a deep breath, and did it myself. It wasn’t perfect, but the smile on her face made every braid worth it. 💕
To all the parents out there navigating these little challenges, you’re not alone. And to the hairstylists and braider patience and understanding make all the difference.
