The 2026 **Zama Dance School Choreographic Competition** was a celebration of movement, creativity, culture and pure talent. 💃🏾✨ From powerful performances to unforgettable moments, every dancer brought their own energy and story to the stage.

That's what the launch at Vanguard Primary School was all about.

It was an honour to have Danny Diliberto and Ladles of Love be part of the day, ensuring every child could enjoy a nutritious meal while celebrating the opening of this incredible new space. Because when children are nourished, they're free to play, dream, and thrive.

A huge thank you, Ladles of Love, for your generosity and for reminding us that food is more than a meal—it's a way of bringing people together, creating dignity, and strengthening communities.

Reminiscing about our Pitches for Peace event at Vanguard Primary last Saturday. ⚽🏫

It was a day full of emotions, appreciation and excitement for what is to come. Music was buzzing, company could not have been better, and the sun shined bright in approval.

Soccer, and sports in general, are definitely a catalyst for social change and youth empowerment. At Uthando we want to feel its impact strike in all communities in Cape Town. We would like to thank all of our partners and supporters for making this day possible, as well as the community for sharing this remarkable moment with us.

💚 is teaming up with & as the Waste To Wonder Campaign unveils another exciting project! ⚽

On the 1st of August, Uthando & Partners are unveiling our fifth "Pitch For Peace" 5-a-side soccer pitch. This one will be at Vanguard Primary School in Heideveld, Cape Town!

Every football pitch is built entirely from recycled materials, transforming waste into vibrant community spaces that inspire hope, inclusion and opportunity.

Our vision is ambitious: to build a football pitch at every school in South Africa, ensuring every child has access to a safe space where they can play, learn and dream. A heartfelt thank you to We Are Africa for their continued support of this initiative and to Ladles of Love for ensuring every participant enjoys a nourishing meal on the day. 💚⚽
