🏡 **Can you help our CPF with a space in Raslouw?**

Wierdabrug CPF Sector 3 is looking for a small office or suitable secure space to use as a hub and keep our equipment together.

**We don’t have a budget for rental, so we’re hoping a local business or property owner could kindly offer us the use of a space free of charge.** 💙💛

Our chairman has generously let us use his garage, but with more equipment coming in, we’re running out of room for his vehicle 😊

The space would house our scene safety cones, uniforms, medical kits, chainsaw and other community support equipment.

If you have an unused space you could make available, or know someone who might be able to help, please contact me directly:

Please share this appeal. Thank you for supporting the work we do in our community 🙏

💻 WIERDABRUG CPF SECTOR 3 REALLY NEEDS YOUR HELP

We have now done some research and obtained pricing from Makro, Incredible Connection and Takealot so that we have a realistic idea of what a suitable new laptop will cost us.

We are looking at approximately R17,000 to R19,000, depending on the supplier and Microsoft 365 licence option.

This laptop is not a nice to have for us. It is something we genuinely need to continue with our day to day CPF admin, reports, record keeping, patroller administration, training, communication, SharePoint and all the work that happens behind the scenes to support Sector 3.

Our current laptop is old and repairs are becoming more expensive than it is worth.

So whether you are a business, family, individual resident or group of community members, we are asking you to please consider helping us.

You can assist by:

• Donating the laptop directly
• Purchasing it on behalf of Wierdabrug CPF Sector 3
• Making a contribution towards the cost
• Joining together with other businesses or residents to sponsor it

Even if one person cannot cover the full amount, several smaller contributions can get us there.

Wierdabrug CPF Sector 3 is a registered PBO and Section 18A receipts can be issued for qualifying donations.

We give our time freely because we care about this community. Right now, we really need our community to help us continue doing that work.
