Long stays look easy until they’re not.
Utilities spike. Boundaries blur. And one wrong guest can lock your property for months.
30–90 day stays aren’t short-term rentals.
They’re a completely different risk.
I learned this the hard way — that’s why I built a simple system so hosts can screen properly, set limits, document everything, and finally feel secure.

Most Airbnb cases don’t fail because hosts are wrong.
They fail because hosts reply emotionally,
send the wrong proof,
or say the wrong thing at the wrong time.
Airbnb doesn’t read emotions.
They read structure, timing, and policy alignment.
