Today our hearts are full of gratitude.
To every individual, business, and local organization that donated sanitary products for our Mandela Day End Period Poverty Campaign, thank you. Your generosity made something truly meaningful possible.
Together, we packed 114 dignity packs, each containing 10 sanitary products, along with essential hygiene items and a personalized note of encouragement. That’s more than 1,000 sanitary products that will reach women who need them most.
Over the coming days, these packs will be distributed to women living on the streets, as well as to the service centers, shelters, and safe spaces we partner with.
Period poverty is about more than a lack of sanitary products. It is about dignity, health, confidence, and reminding women that they are seen, valued, and not forgotten.
