Every child deserves someone who believes in them.

Foster parents do far more than open the doors of their home. They open their hearts and create a place where a child can experience safety, stability, belonging and hope.
They cannot erase what a child has been through. But they can help a child discover that their past does not have to define their future.
A warm meal. A bedtime story. A school uniform. A listening ear. A hug. Encouragement after a difficult day. Celebrating the small victories.
These may seem like ordinary things — but for a child who has experienced uncertainty, they can mean everything.
Today, we celebrate the foster parents who choose, every day, to care, to persevere, to advocate and to believe.
Because foster parents don't just care for a child.
They help build the foundation for a better tomorrow.
