June is PTSD Awareness Month.

PTSD can affect anyone — including veterans, survivors of violence or abuse, first responders, and other people who have experienced trauma. While recovery looks different for everyone, connection and community can play an important role in the healing journey.

Across the Clubhouse International community, people living with mental illness find spaces where they are welcomed and treated with dignity and respect.

No one should have to navigate recovery alone.

What’s one thing you wish more people understood about mental health recovery?
