🌿 Desk time isn’t the only place kids learn! Outside activities are amazing for all children, but especially for AuDHD (Autistic/ADHD) kids who face daily sensory overload.

True regulation and joy happen through active, sensory-rich extracurriculars:

🏊 Swimming: Soothes the nervous system with deep water pressure.
