Meet Ursula Adams | Centre Manager
Ursula Adams is an experienced, dedicated and compassionate management professional with a strong background in leadership, team development and customer service. She brings years of valuable experience from working in several call centres, where she served in Team Leader and supervisory roles, gaining extensive experience in managing people, resolving challenges, maintaining high standards and ensuring that teams work effectively towards organisational goals.
As the Centre Manager at Cuddle Cubs Boutique Pre-School, Ursula brings her strong leadership and people-management skills into an environment that is centred around the wellbeing, development and happiness of young children. She is organised, approachable and responsible, with a natural ability to work with people from different backgrounds. She believes in leading by example and creating a workplace where staff members feel respected, supported and motivated.
Ursula is a devoted Christian lady whose faith is reflected in the way she treats others. She values kindness, honesty, respect, compassion and integrity and believes that every person deserves to be treated with dignity and love. Her warm personality and caring nature make her approachable to both parents and staff.
Her genuine love for children is one of the qualities that makes her an important part of the Cuddle Cubs family. She understands that working with young children requires patience, attentiveness, compassion and a nurturing heart. She is committed to ensuring that every child feels safe, loved, valued and cared for while in our centre.
With her combination of corporate team-leadership experience, strong administrative and people skills, Christian values and passion for children, Ursula plays an important role in maintaining the standards and culture of Cuddle Cubs Boutique Pre-School.
