📣 Job Opportunity: Independent Outbound Sales Agent (Self-Employed Contractor)

We’re recruiting motivated, self-driven Outbound Sales Agents to join our partner network as independent contractors. This is not traditional employee work; agents manage their own schedules, own the client engagement process, and earn uncapped commission based on performance.

🚀 What You’ll Do
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients daily
Educate prospects on our products/services and qualify interest
Close sales or book appointments with qualified leads
Track activity and results in our simple reporting system
Hit agreed weekly/monthly performance targets
Outbound sales roles locally typically involve targets, proactive daily calling, and clear performance expectations similar to standard outbound sales positions in the market.

🎯 Who We’re Looking For
You should be:
A self-employed contractor who thrives on earning per sale
Confident speaking on the phone and persuasive in style
Goal-oriented, disciplined, and able to self-manage
Comfortable with using online sales tools and CRM systems

💻 Tech & Setup Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
🖥 Your own laptop or tablet
📱 Your own phone
📶 Reliable WiFi/Internet connection
This ensures you can work independently, access calls and CRM tools, and manage your own pipeline.
💸 Compensation
Uncapped commission structure — your earnings reflect your performance
Additional bonuses for hitting monthly/quarterly targets
Payment terms suitable for independent contractors
Competitive sales positions locally often include commission-based or incentive-driven earnings to reward performance.

📥 How to Apply
To be considered, send your CV and a short introduction message to [email protected] via messenger

🌸 Honour Our Elders – February 🌸

This month, we’re choosing to love intentionally by honouring our elders — those who carried us, taught us, and prayed us through. 🤍

Join us in blessing them with food parcels, a cake & tea visit, and meaningful time together.
Let’s love well. Let’s honour deeply.
