[Call for Abstracts]

The Centre for Human Rights, University of Pretoria, invites scholars, practitioners, and advocates to contribute to this year’s conference, themed:

“Equality and non-discrimination: Realising the rights of persons with disabilities in Africa.”

Taking place on 5–6 November 2026 in a hybrid format, the conference will explore how legal frameworks and practical strategies can advance substantive equality and dismantle systemic discrimination across the continent.

Submit your abstract (300–350 words) by 30 June 2026 and be part of shaping critical conversations on disability rights in Africa.
