Wednesday afternoon was one of those special days in the ocean. 🌊

We had the privilege of coaching the incredible kids from Rainbow of Hope in the water at Muizenberg through Share the Stoke Foundation South Africa.

Watching these kids paddle, laugh, fall, try again, and stand up on their boards is something that never gets old. The ocean has a beautiful way of bringing out confidence, courage, and pure joy in each of them.

For many of these kids, the beach and the waves become more than just a fun afternoon — it becomes a place where they feel free, proud of themselves, and part of something bigger.

Seeing their smiles, hearing their laughter, and watching them believe in themselves out in the water is exactly what Share the Stoke is all about.

Moments like these remind us that surfing isn’t just about waves… it’s about hope, opportunity, and giving kids a space where they can shine.

Thank you to everyone who makes these sessions possible and to the amazing kids from Rainbow of Hope who brought so much energy and heart into the ocean on Wednesday.

You are all absolute stars. 🌊

🌊 Sharing the Stoke! 🌊

There’s nothing quite like seeing a child’s eyes light up with pure joy. Recently, we had the honor of donating a surfboard to 9-year-old Finley from East London after her dad reached out for a little help.

Surfing isn’t just a sport – it’s freedom, confidence, and the kind of happiness that stays with you long after the wave ends. We’re so proud to help Finley feel that magic, and we hope every child can one day experience the incredible stoke of catching their first wave. 🏄‍♀️💛

Because every kid deserves to feel the wind in their hair, the sun on their face, and the unstoppable joy of surfing.

🌊 Wednesday Morning Surf Session 🌊

We are back in the water with the amazing kids from Rainbow of Hope for another surf session filled with smiles, laughter, and ocean magic.

There’s nothing better than watching confidence grow, fears fade, and pure joy take over as the kids connect with the sea and each other. Surfing continues to be such a powerful and positive outlet, and mornings like this remind us exactly why we do it.

So much stoke, so much fun, and so many happy faces out there today 💙

🌊 First Share the Stoke session of the year 🌈

Today we kicked off the year doing what we love most — sharing the ocean, the joy, and the stoke with these incredible kids from Rainbow of Hope 🤍

Smiles, laughter, sandy feet and brave little surfers reminding us why this foundation exists. The ocean has a beautiful way of healing, empowering, and creating confidence — and today it did just that.

Grateful for every volunteer, every wave, and every moment that helps these kids feel seen, supported, and unstoppable. This is only the beginning of an epic year of stoke 🌊✨

🌊✨ Pillows & Praise at Rainbow of Hope ✨🌊

Yesterday our hearts were full. 💙
We had the privilege of attending the beautiful Pillows & Praise event at Rainbow of Hope, and it was the perfect reminder of why we do what we do.

Seeing our kids beam with pride as they received their surfing certificates for their amazing progress on Sunday was absolutely priceless. 🏄‍♂️🏄‍♀️✨
Every wave they catch, every moment of courage, every smile in the water — that’s the true magic.

These kids inspire us more than they know. Their strength, joy, and determination both in and out of the ocean is what Share the Stoke Foundation SA is all about. 🌈💛

A huge thank you to Rainbow of Hope for creating such a warm and uplifting space for our celebration. Together, we are building confidence, community, and endless possibilities. 🤝💕

🌈 RAINBOW OF HOPE — WHAT A DAY! 🌊✨
Today was one of those days that reminds us exactly why we do what we do. Our kids from Rainbow of Hope showed up with huge smiles, open hearts, and the kind of courage that inspires everyone on the beach.

From the first wave to the last high-five, they gave it their all — laughing, learning, falling, trying again, and absolutely shining. 💙🏄‍♂️🏄‍♀️

Watching their confidence grow with every wave is the kind of magic you can’t buy… it’s something you feel. And today, we felt it in a big way.
