Do you have a pre-loved bicycle gathering dust? Your old bike can bring joy, independence, and upliftment to someone in our community! We are collecting second-hand bicycles of all sizes to provide crucial transport and recreational opportunities for those in need.

Whether it’s a toddler's first bike or an adult's mountain bike, every donation makes a massive difference.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with eager smiles and warm hearts. It was an absolute joy to bless the community with a special festive meal.

What a privilege it was to reach out and share hope with the beautiful community of Hawston!

Our team handed out:
🍛 1,040 warm, delicious meals
🥣 4,800 servings of oats
🥄 800 servings of Weet-Bix
🥪 156 sandwiches
🍰 250 servings of cake

Every plate served is more than just food — it’s a message of love, care, and dignity. Thank you to everyone who made this possible! Together, we’re making every day a day to make a difference. 🌻

From Kraaifontein to Langebaan – a morning of love in action! 💛

Early this morning, our dedicated Meals on Wheels Kraaifontein team rolled up their sleeves to prepare a delicious, warm cooked meal for our friends in Langebaan. Pots simmered, trays filled, and hearts overflowed as the team packed and set off to deliver hope — one meal at a time.

After the heat of the past few days, today’s cool weather brought a welcome calm. As people lined up with gratitude and anticipation, each person received not only a hearty meal but also fruit and Weet-Bix, shared with care and compassion. 🍎🥣

Because at Meals on Wheels, we believe that a warm meal can warm the heart too. 💙

🌍 World Food Day in Action! 💛🍎

Today in Kraaifontein, Western Cape, our Meals on Wheels team, together with an incredible group of motorcyclists, hit the road to make a real impact! 🏍️✨

In just 55 minutes, we managed to distribute:
🍽️ 1,814 freshly prepared meals
🥣 1,800 servings of Weet-Bix
🌾 18,000 servings of oats
🍏 Apples for the children — because every smile matters!

This is what World Food Day is all about — action, compassion, and community coming together to fight hunger and spread hope. ❤️

Let’s not wait for one special day to make a difference.

🌍 World Food Day Festivities Continue! 🍲

World Food Day reminds us that the fight against hunger starts right where we are — in our homes, our communities, and our hearts.

Today in Kraaifontein, Western Cape, our incredible Meals on Wheels team, together with our amazing partners at Ackermans, rolled up their sleeves (and got their hands dirty — excuse the pun!) to cook up a storm! 💪

Together, we prepared and delivered hearty meals to the learners of Scottsville High School, spreading warmth, hope, and the message that no one should go hungry.
